Where we are located
The Day Spa is located on the Eagle Ridge side of the resort, just inside the Ridge Sports Center and Spa.
Reservations
Advance Reservations are required. To book your Spa services, call the Ridge Sports Center and Spa at (541) 923-9647 or (800) 682-4786 or stop by. It is very important to let us know at the time of booking; if you require a male or female technician or are pregnant, have any special needs, allergies or medical conditions, which require special accommodations. By offering this information ahead of time, we will be fully prepared to accommodate you upon your arrival. To avoid any confusion, mention any promotions, special offers or gift certificates you intend to use when scheduling your service appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Because we customize our staffing to accommodate guest needs each day we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel any scheduled treatment, please advise us by telephone or in person at least two hours in advance of your scheduled treatment. Payment in full is due for any appointments cancelled after the two-hour deadline.
When to arrive
Please arrive at 15-20 minutes prior to your treatment in order to check in and complete our spa client questionnaire. You will then have time to decompress, clear your mind and enjoy some light refreshments before you enjoy your scheduled service.
To avoid any confusion, mention any promotions, special offers or gift certificates you intend to use when checking in for your appointment.
All appointments are precisely timed, if you should arrive late for your appointment, we will be unable to give you the full service time so as not to inconvenience the next client, however you will still be responsible for the fees associated with the originally schedule treatments.
If you wish to enjoy the showers, pool or hot tub prior to your spa appointment, please be sure to arrive early enough so that you are not rushed.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to fill out a spa client questionnaire. The questionnaire provides health history information to your technician so he/she can fine-tune your spa experience.
Upon completion, we will escort you to the spa lounge or changing room, depending on your selected treatments.
For clients who will be receiving body treatments or massages we will provide you with a locker, lock, robe, sandals and a towel and the opportunity to change into the robe and sandals and after having a seat in the Spa Lounge area, enjoy a refreshing drink and light snack. Your massage technician will then escort you to your own, private massage treatment room where the technician will discuss your treatments with you and review your health history. At this time, the technician will leave the room to allow you to prepare for your massage. Once you are on the massage table and underneath the sheet, your technician will knock on the door to ensure that you are ready to begin your spa experience.
Communicate your issues or concerns to your technician. If you have a particular injury or physical condition, explain it to the technician. If you have trigger points that create physical or emotional discomfort, let your technician know. He or she will then suggest appropriate adjustments to your treatment and get your agreement to them.
After your initial conversation, should you talk during your treatment? It’s entirely up to you. If you have questions or would like to talk, do so. The staff takes their cues from you. If you’re quiet, they will be too.
Your technician may leave your treatment room for a few moments (once or twice during your treatment) either to mix up a product or to let you relax. They should let you know before they leave the room and make sure you are comfortable with your surroundings.
If the temperature of the room, music volume or the pressure of your technician’s touch needs adjustment, please let them know.
What to Wear
What to wear under the spa robe? It is up to you – whatever makes you comfortable. Many treatments are designed to be most effective if you disrobe. If you are receiving a treatment that requires that you disrobe, we will provide with a robe, towel and sandals and the opportunity to change into the robe and sandals. Your technician will provide further instruction on disrobing based on the treatment type. You may wear underpants or swimsuit bottoms if this would be more comfortable for you. Be assured that whatever you wear, Technicians will only undrape the portion of your body being treated. Our technicians are professionals and will always respect and protect your privacy.
You should bring your own swimsuit and other personal effects, such as deodorant, make-up, hairbrush and other hair care products.
It is best to remove your jewelry before a treatment. Body piercings? Most can remain in, though you may want to alert your technician to their presence (or newness) if that area is addressed during your treatment. It is preferred that jewelry be left at home. We provide lockers and you may secure your personal belongings in them; however, we are not responsible for any lost items or personal belongings.
Drink plenty of water before and after your treatment as adequate hydration prepares you for detoxification, a natural result of massage and many other body treatments. Limit caffeine and alcohol intake.
Quiet and Relaxation
In order to provide a relaxing and quiet environment, please turn off all cell phones, pagers and other noise making devices and remember to keep your conversations low key.

We provide iced water and light snacks in the spa lounge.
After Your Treatment
When your treatment has just ended and the technician extends an invitation to “take your time getting up” while they leave the room, just how long is it acceptable for one to continue lying there reflecting on the experience? In most instances, the next client’s appointment will start in 10 minutes. Please re-robe and collect yourself in the treatment room, then finish relaxing in the spa lounge or changing area/locker room.
Tipping
If you are pleased with your treatment a 15% to 20% gratuity of the original spa treatment costs is an industry standard, but it is totally up to you. While not required, it is a courtesy and a great way to show your technician that they did an exceptional job. Though you may have received a discount or package pricing, your spa technician is still doing the same amount of work.
If you chose to tip your technician, you can add it to your bill or we can provide an envelope if you wish to tip in cash.
Children and Pets are not permitted in the Spa.
We love them too; however, our relaxation sanctuary does not cater to either. Please make appropriate arrangements for the care of both during your visit to the spa. Gift certificates are available for that special someone by calling (541) 923-9647.
