Cline Butte Utility Co. (CBUC) owns and operates the sewer and water systems for Eagle Ridge at Eagle Crest Resort.  CBUC also operates the sewer and water systems at Eagle Crest Resort under a management agreement with the Eagle Crest Management Association. 

Our goal is to provide you with safe drinking water and reliable sewer services here at the resort.  Cline Butte Utilities is committed to the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Call before you dig. It's the law!!

Oregon law requirespersons doing any type of excavation to request utilities to locate andmark their facilities.  The law covers both public and privateproperty.  At least two business days before you dig, call the One CallCenter to request a line locate.  Your request is forwarded to allutilities, both public and private, that serve the area where you willbe digging.  This is a free service to you provided by the utilities.
